We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift position (11p-7a, weekend).
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN will oversee daily nursing activities, supervise staff, and ensure quality care in compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities include monitoring care delivery, evaluating staff performance, conducting shift meetings, addressing resident care issues, and coordinating services for continuity of care.
Qualifications include a current RN license, peripheral IV certification, at least two years of clinical nursing experience, and preferred management and geriatrics experience. CPR/BLS certification is required.
