We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift (11p-7a) weekend position.
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN supervises nursing staff and oversees daily activities to ensure quality care.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring daily nursing care and staff performance Conducting shift meetings to address concerns and improve services Identifying and resolving resident care issues Providing reports and recommendations to leadership Coordinating nursing services with other resident care teams Qualifications: Current RN license and peripheral IV certification At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience 1 year management experience preferred Experience in geriatrics or subacute care beneficial BLS/CPR certification Effective communication skills in English; additional languages helpful We offer: a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, competitive pay, training, growth opportunities, and a supportive environment.
