We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care and support within a family practice setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering patient care through in-person and telephone interactions, including pre-visit and post-visit support
- Documenting patient information, lab findings, and preliminary orders in the Electronic Medical Record
- Assessing patient needs, identifying emergencies, and initiating appropriate interventions
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring care adheres to organizational standards
- Providing culturally sensitive care and completing required competencies
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred skills:
- BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- At least one year of RN or LPN experience
- Experience with phone triage and EMR systems (EPIC)
