Role: New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) in a Cardiac, Renal, and Pulmonary Residency program.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care for adult patients with complex cardiac, renal, and pulmonary conditions.
- Develop strong clinical judgment and bedside skills through hands-on experience and structured training.
- Participate in precepted shifts, classroom, and simulation learning to enhance assessment, medication administration, telemetry, and care coordination skills.
