Role Overview:
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and ensure quality outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, uphold patient rights, and maintain accurate documentation. Adhere to safety protocols and organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
– Current RN license in the applicable state or jurisdiction.
– Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
– Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) may be required based on department needs.
– Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks during shifts.
