Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligned with organizational standards.
Qualifications: Requires graduation from a nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure, and Basic Life Support certification. Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required based on the specific unit. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks is necessary.
