The RN performs assessments, develops and adjusts care plans, administers treatments including oncology therapies, and educates patients and families.
They demonstrate leadership by mentoring others, practicing culturally sensitive communication, and maintaining a safe environment.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, Associate Degree in Nursing, RN licensure in Kansas or Missouri, and BLS certification.
