Role: Registered Nurse providing high-level nursing care to patients.
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver direct and indirect patient care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment. Maintain accurate documentation and administer medications and IV therapies safely and timely. Support educational efforts for patients and families, and promote a cooperative work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing school, current Basic Life Support certification, valid nursing license or eligibility in Texas, and at least six months of RN experience.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, team-building, and professional growth initiative. Ability to use the nursing process to ensure quality care and adapt to assigned duties.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support hospital standards and patient care excellence.
