Position Overview

Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice or within the compact licensing agreement, meeting all state board requirements.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire; additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be required based on department needs.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly; prolonged standing and walking; capable of gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting to perform duties.
