Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect patient care, ensure accurate communication of patient information, create a safe and therapeutic environment, administer medications and IVs safely and timely, and support patient/family education. Maintain adherence to hospital standards, promote teamwork, and take initiative for professional growth.
Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program, holds current Basic Life Support certification, and possesses or is eligible for a Texas nursing license. Minimum of six months RN experience required.
Skills: Effective communication, interpersonal skills, team building, and commitment to quality patient care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and uphold safety standards.
