Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments and develop individualized care plans addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Evaluate nursing interventions and modify plans based on patient responses.
- Collaborate proactively with physicians, ancillary staff, and interdisciplinary team members to resolve patient needs.
- Participate in unit decision-making, quality and safety education, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Ensure patient safety, promote satisfaction, and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
- Engage in troubleshooting equipment issues and maintain compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and work effectively within a team.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Additional Details: Work hours include 11a-11:30p with on-call requirements, every other weekend and holiday. The role emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and continuous quality improvement within a supportive, diverse work environment.
