We are seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care across multiple hospital departments.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing direct and indirect patient care, including head-to-toe assessments for diverse age groups. Communicating changes in patient conditions with physicians using IMAP & SBAR. Responding quickly to clinical changes and adjusting nursing care accordingly. Using triage processes to prioritize care and managing cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmias per ACLS protocols. Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes. Qualifications and skills: Current Nevada nursing license. Current BLS & ACLS certification. At least two years of acute care experience.
