Seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a minimum of 18 months of recent inpatient experience for per diem, part-time, and full-time roles in women’s and children’s services, including
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; maintain regulatory compliance; assume accountability for care outcomes; guide unlicensed personnel; contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
Qualifications: Current IL RN license; BSN preferred; BLS, PALS, NRP certifications; 2+ years hospital nursing experience in relevant specialties.
Skills: Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills; ability to adapt to shift and location preferences.
