Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) providing compassionate, high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs. Coordinate patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics, while promoting safety and patient satisfaction. Formulate and revise care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Participate in quality and safety initiatives, troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to evidence-based practice decisions.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required). Demonstrates strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills. Committed to patient-centered care, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Duties: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and ensure optimal patient experiences. Engage in discharge planning and family education. Evaluate care effectiveness and participate in unit decision-making and safety programs.
