Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and positive outcomes.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, provide treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, with preferred critical care experience. Demonstrates accountability, stellar assessment skills, teamwork, and compassionate care. Ability to work in a dynamic clinical environment and participate in decision-making processes.
