Role: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (per diem) providing compassionate, personalized patient care across all hospital units.
Responsibilities: Deliver direct and indirect patient care, perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments, utilize triage to prioritize care, reassess and manage pain, communicate changes to physicians, and respond quickly to patient condition updates. Flexibility to float across departments is required.
Qualifications & Skills: Current NV nursing license, ACLS & BLS certifications, PALS certification within six months, and a minimum of 2.5 years ER experience. Ability to perform assessments on diverse patient populations, including pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
