Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate care plans, provide direct patient care including treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives, and promote patient safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications: Graduate from a specialty nursing training program (required); Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
Skills: Compassionate patient interaction, critical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Key Duties: Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual patient needs; educate patients and families; facilitate discharge planning; ensure safety; participate in decision-making and safety programs; and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.
