Role Overview: This position is for a per diem Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care in a 19-bed medical unit.
Key Duties: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and implement care plans, provide treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice, and contribute to unit safety and quality initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Nursing Specialty Training Program. Candidates should demonstrate compassionate patient interactions, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to policies and procedures. Flexibility to work a minimum of 8 hours on weekends or holidays is required.
