Role: Inpatient RN providing direct patient care in a 19-bed medical unit (GP3).
Responsibilities: Assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing activities; addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team; administering treatments, medications, and diagnostics; revising care plans based on patient response; ensuring safety and promoting patient satisfaction; participating in quality and safety initiatives; troubleshooting equipment issues; and engaging in unit-based decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program with current licensure; compassionate care approach; ability to work collaboratively; problem-solving skills; and flexibility to work minimum 8-hour shifts on weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts in a flex position.
