Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) providing direct patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans based on scope of practice and standards.
- Addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs throughout hospitalization.
- Providing treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures while evaluating intervention effectiveness.
- Collaborating with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and ancillary staff to meet patient needs.
- Participating in decision-making, quality improvement, safety education, and evidence-based practices.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
- Helping coordinate discharge planning and patient education to optimize outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
- Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
