Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) providing direct patient care in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and promote patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Demonstrates compassionate care, strong teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies and procedures. Ability to coordinate care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team.
