Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care, assessing needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Coordinate and deliver personalized care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adapt care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate proactively with physicians, support staff, and other healthcare professionals to meet patient needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.
- Contribute to quality improvement, safety initiatives, and unit-based activities to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensure compassionate patient interactions, promote safety, and maximize patient satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adhere to policies and procedures.
