Role: Per diem Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and compassionate interactions.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, develop and coordinate care plans, provide treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with the ability to meet unit standards and provide holistic patient care. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
Additional Notes: This is a flexible position requiring a minimum of 24 hours availability per schedule, including weekend or holiday shifts. The role is based in a 30-bed acute care unit that treats medical, trauma, neuro, and surgical patients.
