Position: Per Diem Registered Nurse House Operations Administrator
Role Overview: The HOA serves as the primary clinical and operational leader during assigned shifts, overseeing hospital-wide patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities: Provide real-time decision-making, interpret and enforce policies, support frontline staff, coordinate interdepartmental activities, and ensure high-quality patient care across units.
Qualifications: BSN required; MSN or Healthcare Administration preferred. Must hold an unrestricted RN license in Illinois, CPR, and ACLS certifications. Minimum of three years nursing experience with two in leadership roles, preferably in critical care.
Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, and team collaboration skills.
