Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in Pediatric PACU, responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and diagnostic procedures.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized care plans, address patient and family needs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, evaluate intervention effectiveness, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a nursing specialty program, with the ability to perform assessments and deliver direct patient care. Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and adherence to policies are essential.
Key Duties: Perform assessments, coordinate care and discharge planning, execute treatments, monitor patient responses, collaborate with healthcare team members, ensure safety, and contribute to organizational quality improvement efforts.
