Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs throughout hospitalization.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, deliver treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in evidence-based practice decisions. Engage actively in quality and safety initiatives, ensuring optimal patient and family experiences.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Demonstrates compassionate, patient-centered care, strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Additional Details: Work involves clinical environment with responsibilities including patient assessments, care coordination, and safety promotion. Shift hours include overnight shifts with weekend and holiday requirements.
