Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers; assess transfer requests using clinical criteria; document transfer details; monitor admission processes; identify and address capacity issues; and serve as a resource on bed availability and system-wide processes.
Qualifications & Skills: Must have at least three years of RN experience and a nursing specialty training program diploma. Strong organizational, communication, and clinical assessment skills are essential.
