Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed RN, ensuring professional accountability and coordination with other departments.
Responsibilities: Maintains patient rights and confidentiality, collaborates on care plans, and delivers comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients with neurological and medical conditions, including CVA, brain injury, spinal injury, and more.
Qualifications: Graduated from an accredited nursing program (associate’s, Diploma, or BSN), holds a current RN license, and maintains necessary licensure. Certification in Basic Life Support required or completed within 30 days of hire.
Skills: Clinical competence in rehabilitation nursing, teamwork, communication, confidentiality, and adherence to licensure and certification requirements.
