Join a dynamic nursing team as a Registered Nurse in a Regional Float Pool, providing care across multiple hospitals in the region.
Responsibilities include: assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care for adult/geriatric patients based on nursing standards. You will float to various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU, collaborating with diverse care teams. Reporting to facilities within a regional footprint, you will bring your clinical expertise to support patient care across different settings.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, RN licensure in the state or compact, with at least 1 year of recent Med/Surg bedside experience or 2 years for other specialties. Certifications required include BLS, with ACLS for critical care. Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling is essential. Preferred education is a BSN, and experience with Epic is a plus.
