The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients in various units, including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality patient care based on nursing standards
- Collaborating with diverse care teams and patient populations
- Adapting to different hospital environments and units
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
- At least one year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU and specialty units
- Certifications: BLS (all), ACLS (critical care)
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
