Role: Provide immediate post-operative care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor airway, neurological, and cardiac status of surgical patients.
- Manage wound care and respond promptly to any complications.
- Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure safe patient recovery.
- Assess, document, and communicate patient condition accurately.
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care tailored to patient needs.
- Educate patients and caregivers about treatment plans and follow-up procedures.
