Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Skokie, with travel to nearby hospitals
Role Overview: Provide safe, compassionate nursing care across patient populations, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicate effectively, and guide unlicensed staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain regulatory compliance and make informed decisions based on therapeutic relationships with patients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an approved nursing program; BSN preferred
- Current IL RN License and BLS CPR certification
- Preferred: 6 months RN experience in a similar role, basic computer skills
Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care, engage families in care planning, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Lead and coordinate care teams to promote quality and safety.
