Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized dialysis patient care by utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate care with inter-professional teams, assess patients, deliver education, perform nursing interventions, document patient history and treatments, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program, current unencumbered RN license, with a preference for a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Competency in utilizing technology, delegating tasks, and practicing within the scope of nursing practice is essential.
