Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering patient care following established standards of care.
Responsibilities: Provides direct care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics; conducts assessments; addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; develops and evaluates individualized care plans; collaborates with interdisciplinary teams; delegates tasks; troubleshoots equipment; participates in quality and safety initiatives; and promotes teamwork.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program; ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; strong communication and collaboration skills; commitment to safety and quality improvement.
Key Duties: Ensures comprehensive patient care, education, discharge planning, and participation in unit and organizational initiatives.
