Position Overview
- Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, assess patient conditions, and communicate updates.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care and ensure physician and nursing orders are carried out.
- Assist with discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current or eligible RN license by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
- Valid BLS certification within 30 days of hire, from AHA or Red Cross.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school and professional licensure at hire.
