Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Elmhurst, IL
Type: Per Diem
Hours: M-F, various shifts (6a-2:30p, 7a-3:30p, 8a-4:30p)
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing care to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Assess patient conditions, recognize deviations, and develop care plans.
Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.
Delegate appropriate tasks to team members and collaborate to meet unit goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate degree in nursing or higher; BSN required within 5 years.
Current Illinois RN license and CPR (BLS) certification.
Critical thinking, strong assessment skills, and teamwork orientation.
