We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring confidentiality and patient rights are maintained. The role involves coordinating care with other departments, evaluating the effectiveness of care provided, and performing duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care during 12-hour shifts (day or night), including complex diagnoses such as cardiac, respiratory, infectious, and surgical conditions.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintaining clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Participating in patient education and discharge planning.
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current RN license and BLS certification required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
- Strong clinical skills in telemetry, cardiac care, and managing complex patient needs.
