Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, in accordance with nursing standards and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Develop, coordinate, and evaluate individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
- Educate patients and families, facilitate discharge planning, and monitor intervention effectiveness.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff, delegate tasks, and adjust assignments based on patient acuity.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice decision-making.
- Ensure safety and security in the clinical environment, including troubleshooting equipment and adhering to protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
- Experience in operating room preferred; scrubbing skills required or trainable.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including rotating shifts and responding to on-call demands.
