Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Evanston Hospital
Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $36.00 – $55.80 per hour, based on experience and expertise
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care across patient populations
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Engage patients and families in care planning when appropriate
- Maintain regulatory compliance and accountability for nursing outcomes
- Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing staff in interdisciplinary care delivery
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses, to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an approved nursing program; BSN preferred
- Valid IL RN License and BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 6 months RN experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
