This role is based in Nashville, TN, at a Midtown hospital in the General Operating Room, with a days PRN schedule.
As a Clinical Nurse, you’ll serve as a patient advocate, ensuring safety and precision during surgeries by monitoring patient conditions, maintaining sterile fields, and managing OR operations.
- Provide patient-centered care, communicating effectively during vulnerable moments.
- Maintain safety standards, ensuring accuracy in patient positioning and equipment use.
- Lead OR procedures by preparing technology and supplies for seamless surgeries.
Requirements include licensure as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee or a multi-state license, BLS certification within 1 month, and ALS within 6 months of hire. Education must include a nursing diploma or equivalent.
