Seeking a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident to provide patient care in the Oncology Progressive department.
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, and deliver care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained.
Coordinates with other departments to optimize patient outcomes and evaluates care effectiveness provided by team members.
Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least one year of RN experience (preferred).
Must perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and various movements to support patient needs.
