Seeking an experienced RN for a full-time role in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, providing direct patient care such as treatments and medications, and evaluating intervention effectiveness.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoots equipment issues, and participates in evidence-based practice decisions.
Engages actively in patient safety, quality improvement, and unit goals, with accountability for metrics and departmental activities.
Work is performed in a clinical environment, adhering to organizational policies and standards.
Qualifications include graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
