Staff RN – Neuro Spine Unit
Provide comprehensive acute care nursing to patients with neurological and spine conditions, including post-operative management. Perform ongoing patient assessment, monitoring, and education to support safe recovery and informed care.
Key Duties
- Conduct patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments safely
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Coordinate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Deliver patient and family education
- Manage and support post-op patient needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered nursing licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent medication administration and patient safety focus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Clear communication and compassionate patient-centered care
