Registered Nurse II – Neuro Surgical Unit
Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care for neuro and post-surgical patients, including assessment, medication administration, and post-operative monitoring. Coordinate complex treatment plans and ensure timely, accurate documentation of patient status and care activities.
Key Duties
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and vital/neurological monitoring
- Administer medications safely and according to clinical standards
- Monitor post-op recovery and respond to clinical changes
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care
- Maintain clear communication and complete, accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to deliver high-quality patient care
- Proficient in evidence-based nursing and post-surgical/neuro monitoring
- Effective teamwork and communication in a fast-paced setting
