Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in a critical care unit, responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, develop and execute care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice, and promote patient safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills: Nursing degree from an accredited program, critical thinking, calmness under stress, attention to detail, integrity, and strong communication skills. Experience in neurosurgery or neurology is preferred but not required.
Key Duties: Provide compassionate care, coordinate patient interactions, participate in unit decision-making, drive quality improvement, and support a shared governance environment.
