Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care in a clinical setting, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, comfort, and satisfaction. The role involves performing direct patient treatments, medications, and diagnostics, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
