Role: Registered Nurse providing comprehensive patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and take responsibility for care outcomes.
- Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing personnel to maintain high-quality patient care.

Qualifications & Skills:
- BSN degree preferred and current IL nursing license required.
- BLS/CPR certification mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
