Role: Registered Nurse
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations, utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and assume accountability for care outcomes. Lead and guide unlicensed nursing staff, contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences.
Qualifications & Skills: BSN preferred, current IL nursing license, BLS/CPR certification, with at least 1 year of experience preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and adherence to regulatory standards are essential.
