Key duties
- Perform detailed neurological assessments and monitor patient status for changes
- Administer medications and other treatments according to clinical standards
- Coordinate individualized care plans with physicians and an interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families on conditions, care needs, and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic health record documentation
