Registered Nurse Navigator – Pediatrics Allergy

Role Overview: Provides patient education, promotes understanding of health conditions, and ensures ongoing continuity of care. Facilitates patient entry into care programs, coordinates pre- and post-hospital care, and acts as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Guides patients through multidisciplinary care, including scheduling, follow-up, and surveillance activities.
  • Supports diagnosis and treatment by collaborating with healthcare teams and providing clinical assistance.
  • Educates patients and families, reinforces understanding, and coordinates support services such as social support and support groups.
  • Manages communication via mail, phone, and in person to address patient needs.
  • Maintains systems for timely follow-up and patient monitoring, and educates team members in specialized areas.

Qualifications & Skills: RN license with at least 2 years of experience. Education includes a graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
